Film styles introduction

Sep. 06, 2024

There are generally three types of film styles: single-piece film, tubular film, and folded film.

Style one is a roll film, that is a single layer film. It is usually widely used in the printing and production of beverage bottle labels. Its precise size and good printing adaptability can endow beverage products with distinct brand logos and attractive appearances.

Style two is sleeve/tube film, which consists of two pieces of film and is closed on both sides to form a cylindrical shape. This style plays an important role in the packaging field. Its unique structure can tightly wrap items and provide good protection. Whether it is small electronic products or other various commodities, tubular film can ensure the integrity and stability of packaging.

Style three is folded film, which also consists of two layers of film. One side is closed and the other side is open. Folded film is also generally used for packaging. Its design is convenient and fast and can adapt to items of different shapes and sizes. During the packaging process, the folded film can be easily unfolded to wrap the item inside and then be heat-shrunk to make the packaging tighter.
